Data the app collects
| Type | Why | Required? |
|---|---|---|
| Name | To identify you inside your company account | Required |
| Email address | Sign-in, and to contact you about the account | Required |
| Phone number | Sign-in and account recovery | Optional |
| Photos | Only the image you pick for an item | Optional |
| App activity & device ids | Keeping you signed in, showing your devices, spotting misuse | Required |
| Your business records | They are the product — invoices, stock, ledgers | Required |
How it is handled
- Encrypted in transit — yes. All traffic uses HTTPS.
- Shared with third parties — no.
- Sold — no. Never, to anyone, for any purpose.
- Used for advertising or tracking — no. The app contains no advertising SDK and no third-party analytics.
- You can request deletion — yes, at bizgst.com/delete-account.
What the app does NOT collect
Location, contacts, calendar, SMS, call logs, health data, files or documents outside the picture you choose, and your browsing on other apps or sites.
Permissions, and when they are asked for
- Camera — only when you tap Camera on an item.
- Photos — only when you tap Gallery on an item.
- Notifications — for alerts about your own account and documents.
- Internet / network state — to reach the server and detect being offline.
Declining Camera or Photos costs you nothing but item pictures. Everything else in the app keeps working.
